First off, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to us, we understand this is probably not easy on you as most people do not like to provide negative reviews, unless they feel wronged and this situation does sound unfortunate. The event in question was for the Pierce The Veil
concert which was produced on March 9th The concert was produced by one of our partners, not the venue itselfWe looked for the backlog of email correspondence, and unfortunately, could not find any interactionWe definitely wanted to see the rude and disrespectful comments, so we could ensure this kind of behavior did not occur againWhen venues work with promoters / organizers, and things are not as the guest expected them to be, it’s always going to come back to the venue to be scrutinized, so we only work with the most reputable organizers who we know care about guest interaction as much as we doThe ticketing policy is that all sales are final. The show was sold as "Pierce The Veil: Rest In Space Tour"On this tour there were two support bands and one of the bands was pulled off the tourThe tour gave instructions that the organizer was not to accept refunds as the show was for Pierce The Veil and not for the support band who did pull off the stopThe Historic El Rey Theater did not actually have any control over the money or ability to process a refund, it would have been up to the organizer and the tour itselfTypically, in this situation, our customer service team would send the complaint to the organizer for them to handle as they have control over the matter. We do want to stress we are truly sorry the band you wanted to see was not on our stopWe definitely strive to keep positive guest satisfaction and will always try and make up for bad experiences to all customersAgain, we are grateful for you taking the time to provide the feedback
