We received an email today stating we had not responded to a complaint dated 9/8 – but we never received the said complaint.
We installed a new condenser & coil on Saturday 9/5/15. Our technician went back to the customer’s residence on Tuesday 9/8/15. When our technician arrived he inspected the system & did not see any damage. The customer said there was a small amount of water that leaked from the attic, where the unit is located. Our technician replaced the customer’s existing emergency drain pan with a new drain pan and added a wet switch at No Charge (value $500).
We extended the customer’s Labor warranty by (1) year & also (1) free maintenance for their inconvenience. We feel that this is an acceptable offer.
