Returned three auto-shipment of the Superdermagieo Face Serum Product and only received credit for two.
I ordered a trial of the Superdermagieo Face Serum online around end of September or early October of 2017. I left town shortly after to help out a family member from September 2017 to January 2018. I was aware that the trial product was received at my home address yet was not aware that there would be additional products automatically shipped to me every month thereafter. I just happened to notice that the balance in my checking account was off and upon investigating, identified additional monthly charges for this product. I then contacted their customer service department on January 6, 2018 at the telephone number noted on my banking account and spoke to Elijah. I explained my situation to him and requested that he inform me of how many shipments were sent to my home address after the trial as I was not home at the time. He told me there was a total of three. I then requested that he cancel any further shipments and asked for an RMA # to return the three unopened shipments upon returning home in which I received. I was also given an address to return the shipments to and instructions to contact customer service with a tracking number I receive from the United States Postal Service. I then returned all three unopened packages on February 6, 2018 and contacted customer service with the tracking number on February 8, 2018 and spoke with a representative whom confirmed the tracking number. I mentioned again that I the RMA included three unopened products and asked when I would receive credit for the returns. I then checked my account and saw two credits on February 10, 2018. After giving them ample time to process the third credit and not receiving it, I called customer service again to inquire on the missing credit. I spoke to a female representative and was told that she would go ahead and approve the third credit and that it would take 7-10 days. After waiting the 10 days and still haven't received my credit, I contacted customer service yet again on March 10, 2018 and spoke to Josh. Again I explained my sitution and inquired on the credit. Josh was insistent that I was told that I would only receive a credit for two months supply when I was given the RMA # during the first call I made to their department. I told him that I also spoke to another representative the last time I called and was told that I would receive a credit within 7-10 days. Josh claimed that he was going by the notes on my account and insisted that I was told that I would only receive the two credits. He then stated that I received all the credits I would receive and if there was anything else he could help me with. I then requested to speak with a manager and was told one was not available. I asked Josh to check the recorded customer calls to confirm my story which he completely ignored. I also told him that if I were told that I was only able to return two months worth of product when I requested for the RMA#, why would I send three months worth back to them. Since Josh was so insistent that I would not receive anymore credits, I asked him why the third months product wasn't returned to me. He told me that the product is returned to a different location from where their customer service department is located. I requested for information as to whom I can contact regarding this issue and was pretty much ignored and brushed off.

Desired Outcome

I would like a credit for the third of three unopened products I returned. They already have the charge card I used on file and credit that particular account.

The advertised "FREE" sample was not free. The company has deceptive advertising on it's website by advertising "FREE" products. I tried to return the product for a refund but the company would not accept the return for a refund. They said I must cancel the order within 15 days and when I called to cancel the phone number they provided did not answer within the 15 days. I called another number they provided and had the following result: On XXXX-XX-XX XX:XX, *** wrote:
I called the number you provided (:X XXX-XXX-XXXX). Representative #
250
and # 461 said they had no record of an account for me. They said I
could
not cancel the account because this was the "wrong number". I still
wish
to cancel any account and will dispute any future charges on my
Discover or any other billing. If you are concerned about privacy
please give me your direct phone number (or you can call me at
XXX-XXX-XXXX) and I will talk with you directly to make sure you
cancel any account I may have and stop any future charges.

The product was sent to Anne *** (my spouse) but I requested it.
They said this was a subscription and I would have to pay for their products every month and would bill my credit card. (deceptive).
I did not request a subscription or want their product.
Product_Or_Service: Free Sample of Great Beauty Look and Wellyouthdiet
Account_Number: $89.50 and $87.95

Desired Outcome

Refund Refund of all charges on my Discover card and cancelation of future charges. Removal of any subscription and removal of my or my spouces name (Anne ***) from their database.

False advertising of $7.95 free trial that autoenrolls you in full price scheme costing $181.70 if you don't cancel in 14 days.
I ordered Vital Face Cream for $4.95 shipping and Tryvievaderma for $2.99 shipping on 10/3/17. Products received 10/11/17 with packing slip included and NO OTHER INFORMATION. My credit card got charged $4.95 and $2.99 on 10/4/17 as expected for the trial products. Today 10/30/17 I just happened to notice my credit card was charged on 10/18/17 for $89.91 and $91.79 for the same 2 products which I did NOT order or authorize charges for. I never received any kind of confirmation email about the trial order nor did I ever see any terms and conditions on the trial order website explaining or even mentioning that if you didn't cancel in 14 days, you were enrolling in a full price ordering scheme.

On 10/30/17 at 7:54 PM CDT I called the # on my credit card bill (XXX-XXX-XXXX). I could not understand the agent when she answered and I asked her multiple times for the name of the company and was told she could not tell me until I gave her my name and zip code. Once I did that she then told me I had ordered the free trial but did not cancel my subscription within the 14 days. I told her I never received any terms and conditions of the trial price offer nor did I receive any product to go along with the excessive charges on my credit card. Agent 101 is who I spoke with. She said the charges were the full product price for what I had received already. Agent 101 offered me a 75% refund of the charges when I said I would be disputing the credit card charges and filing a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General's office.

I said no I wanted 100% refund and that I had not opened the product and would return it for a 100% refund. I then asked where to return the items. She told me PO Box 692208 Orlando FL XXXXX. I asked what the name of the company was I needed to send it to and she said Dermagieo.

After hanging up I then did an internet search and find that I was scammed identically to others. I only ordered the product because it was 'endorsed' by Gwen Stefani and supposedly a product she had developed which now appears to be false advertising as well.

My credit card statement also had another phone number tied to this scam. XXX-XXX-XXXX.

I paid the trial price with my Capital One Visa credit card ending in 0968.

I should have known better when I didn't get any order confirmation.

Desired Outcome

Full refund of the charges on my credit card. $4.95, $2.99, $91.79 and $89.91.

to Better

I finally received my money back by disputing the charges through my credit card company and returning the merchandise. I was out the shipping charges to send the items back but at least I got my other money back so you can add that notation to the case if you want. And they have not auto shipped anything else since then.
