Mr. [redacted],   On the original invoice it stated that you signed up for the Advanced B+T program instead of our more costly program the Elite B+T. Also, on pickup day you signed not only a Client Satisfaction Form but also circled the “Advanced” program. We have a text message from you on...

11/7/16 saying “How long is the training timeframe for the E-collar (Advanced) off leash training…”. You just admitted that you knew what you signed up for. You did not bring up any problems at pickup, which could have been addressed at that time. As far as the Facebook updates online, we always inform our clients that we will try to post a couple pictures of their pets. We cannot guarantee how many pictures since our time is dedicated to training dogs and not taking pictures of them. We posted a couple pictures of your pet and also made a video of your dog showing everything she knew halfway through the program. That can be seen on our Business YouTube channel under “Abbey” and the link is provided below. Not only did you see those pictures and videos but also the owner responded to your text messages asking about your pet’s training on 09/12/16, 09/16/16, 09/22/16, 10/01/16, and on 10/06/16. You were well informed about your pet’s training during her stay. Please view our website at [redacted] and click on pets, and then obedience programs. There are no prices listed on the site. Our old pricing was $1,350 but changed to $1,550 before your drop off. We informed you how much the program was at drop off and you never brought up and price differences at that time. We also accept half payment at drop off and half payment at pickup. I have your first check in the amount of $750 on 9/11/16 and your second check in the amount of $800.00 on 10/8/16. That adds up to $1,550, and not $1,350. If you were under the impression that we were still using our old prices then your half payment would have been $675. We are not sure as to why you didn’t bring that up at drop off if you were expecting to pay less. Also, on the Client Satisfaction Form you signed off on: 1) Understanding that you must still work with your pet to keep up on training, 2) you receive 3 free consults and 30 days of free group classes to keep up on training and address problem behaviors back at home, 3) your pet may try to revert back to old ways and it very important to follow our guidance to ensure that doesn’t happen, and 4) you are satisfied with the quality of training and your pet appears healthy upon pickup. As far as the $100 military discount, we didn’t start doing that till after you dropped your pet off. We are also not sure why you didn’t bring this up at pickup and waited to address it till later. As far as the remaining $200, we did our part in training so I’m not sure why we would grant you that payment back especially with all the negativity you are spreading on social media. We tried to resolve this issue, but we cannot help someone who only wants to address this over social media after the fact. There were many opportunities to address any problems, but you did not use those to your advantage.   Thank you,   [redacted] Owner [redacted]
