I told the company representative at the jewelry show in Houston that I needed a yellow gold mountingThe lighting above the display case was poor but I could see a bit of yellow goldWhen my stone came back in the mounting, no yellow gold showed at allThe representative told me the yellow gold on the prongs "faded" during the mounting processI told him to give me my stone back and keep the mountingHe flatly refused saying, "I'm not going to do that." He offered to "put the color back on" the prongsI asked him, "What, are you going to paint it on?" No offer was made for any type of restitutionI have already filed a dispute against them with the credit card companyIn addition he originally told me mounting would take an hour, then after the charge went through it changed to two hours and actually took closer to threeI also gave him my tax i.dnumber and he charged me tax anyway
