We have already responded to the letter and had the sub contractor that installed the gutters contact the customer. It was agreed to that the gutter would be repaired as soon as the weather warmed up. Mr*** was ok with this stating as long as it was done sometime in April that it
would be ok
Review: We had TEK Builders build an attached garage on our home OCT/NOV 2013. We have made three payments and builder has not provided Lien Waivers for the work we have paid for, despite continual promises to do so. Sub-contractor LifeTime Garage Doors had given us legal Notice to file a Lien on our property, as they had not been paid for work done in NOV 2013: TEK Builders did then pay that bill in March 2014 and received a lien waiver from Lifetime Garage Doors, but TEK Builders has not provided it to us. There are lien waivers for: foundation, concrete, roofing, trusses and building materials also due to us.Desired Settlement: Provide above mentioned Lien Waivers for work done in NOV 2014.

Response:
The project in question was started in November of 2013 and due to weather has not yet been completed. I had planned to bring the lien waivers over in person when we returned to finish the concrete work. Since the owner wants them sooner I will instead mail them out yet today. The owner should receive them by mid week.
