I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

In regards to this complaint not sure what exactly happened but we will write off the billing and she will have a zero balance.  This was from a couple years ago and it will be easier just to write it off.

We will write the balance off due to the head of the unit being pitched incorrectly.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

The bid [redacted] received was more than he wanted to spend, so [redacted] and [redacted] made changes to remove items to lower the bid to where [redacted] wanted to be. We installed everything that was supposed to be installed per the arrangements [redacted]...

and Tim made. Later the expansion tank had a hole in it and needed to be replaced with a new one. We replaced the expansion tank and billed him to install it.

This is not accurate information. The truth of the matter is they were supposed to install an expansion tank but Tim said the guys forgot it. Then he told me they flushed out the old one and said it was just fine. I told him I do not want to reuse the old tank because it could cause problems down the line and it did!. Then they realized they piped the boiler wrong and had to come back in multiple times to repair there mistakes. They told me all of the electrical was covered the state electrical inspector at my house last Friday and he's going to be talking to them as to why they didn't wire the unit correctly. I told the owner Jeff over the phone and in an email that this needed to be done... They didn't discuss with me any changes and just did what they wanted to make the installs easier which caused not only damage to my house but multiple return calls

TEK Mechanical would never just do something to somebodies house without letting them know first. We feel this back and forth will not stop until we can discuss this on the phone. Is it possible to set up a conference call so everyone can discuss this and stop the back and forth?

I do not know what good a phone conference will do but I am willing to do so. I am honestly very uncomfortable with Tek working in my home ever again or dealing with the owner Jeff who asked me to engage in unethical business practices with my employer if I wanted to make their retaliatory bill to go away. I paid them $9000 when their bid was $8900 for everything we discussed. He failed to install a new expansion tank to cut corners which caused flooding to my basement and another service call they are trying to bill out. They have not honored the manufactures warranty when the manufacturer has told me they need to stand behind not only their installation but the factory warranty. I have all photos text msg. Emails and notes that were taken re mini split locations and photos of damage from condensate line that flooded my upstairs
