In regards to this complaint not sure what exactly happened but we will write off the billing and she will have a zero balance This was from a couple years ago and it will be easier just to write it off

I do not know what good a phone conference will do but I am willing to do soI am honestly very uncomfortable with Tek working in my home ever again or dealing with the owner Jeff who asked me to engage in unethical business practices with my employer if I wanted to make their retaliatory bill to go awayI paid them $when their bid was $for everything we discussedHe failed to install a new expansion tank to cut corners which caused flooding to my basement and another service call they are trying to bill outThey have not honored the manufactures warranty when the manufacturer has told me they need to stand behind not only their installation but the factory warrantyI have all photos text msgEmails and notes that were taken re mini split locations and photos of damage from condensate line that flooded my upstairs
