Tek Replay

I bought a used Mac through Walmart. It allowed me to put a password into the computer, and after 8 weeks it no longer allowed me access. Over $500 gone. I have a 3 year protection plan that nobody will honor, not Tek Replay and not Walmart.

This company is a fraud an scam they stole my money from a refurbished I phone 6 I purchased from Walmart. Com via them. They been received there phone back phone did not work face screen was not the original one I have never received a phone call from them had to contact walmart .com in a nutshell I will be disputing with my bank filing a complaint with BBB and I'm going to seek legal actions

I received an e mail this afternoon from the 3rd party warranty service and now they say they have fixed the computer under warranty. I am not sure why I had to go to these lengths to be treated fairly, but I appreciate the help Revdex.com gave me to resolve this matter. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

We apologize for any issues this buyer is having.  This appears to be an issue with the 3rd party warranty provider.  We are reaching out to them now to get more details.  If the item is not working properly due to hardware then we will make sure the item is covered under warranty.
