Review: Back in 2007 I bought a expensive software Teklynx Label Matrix, when I restored my computer because its crashed in 2010 and I lost my data, Teklynx said my software will not work on my machine and directed me to company Eficient Business Integration where I paid $30 for some new upgrade. I replaced this computer in 2011 I called them again because they said again my software will not work because its a new windows and there is no update and I have to buy a new software - they connect me to a company named Retail point of sale where I paid $99 and they promised to send me a link for download. I downloaded the software and it was working until last week when my computer crashed again so I have to replace the internal hard drive - so I lost all programs again. Because I need the label software I called Teklynx and they find out my previous software by serial number [redacted] and direct me back to Retail point of sale company where they find my purchase based on serial number [redacted] but they also said they can't provide me with download link and I have to buy a same software with newer version again.

I explained to them I am using this software just occasionally and I don't need anything super new again, but they replied they cannot release software download I purchased before until I pay for a new one. This is real SCAM and Rip OFF! I didn't ask for anything else, only for download link (software) I already paid for so it's technically mine and I should be able to use it! I thinks its wrong and they needs to know about that!Desired Settlement: software download I already purchased and paid for

Review: I purchased LABELVIEW a computer program. The manufacturer sent me to a distributor who charged me for 2 licenses indicating that I could use the program on 3 computers and it was repeated later on a follow-up call. The CDS came in one week late costing me hundreds of dollars since 1000s of labels had to be produced manually, due to another issue with this company.

After I received the programs, I attempted to rescue 600 plus labels that I was assured that I could convert from a previous version. It was impossible so I called next day to ask for information as how to convert. The request was negated by am employee indicating that since I did not pay for a service contract he would not help me.

Now I have attempted to install the program so that I can work with 3 independent printers, on the installation it is negated. The information received from TEKLYNX is that I am permitted to use 3 printers. I asked them to show me how I can install the Serial #s and Password on the printers without the use of computers.

They may also be informed that if and when I locate others with the same problem, and there may be others, I will contact my attorney to launch a law suite meanwhile if this issue can be resolved amicably lets do it. I need only to have what was indicated that I would have: the capability to use 3 printers on 3 computers nothing else.Desired Settlement: Get the service that I was promised and expected
