Statements by this customer are all false and fabricated. Customer received the invoice (provided in the previous response) upon order placement clearly stating the thickness. We had to produce this medallion as can be seen that was only shipped 3 weeks later after order was placed. If ordered in error the customer had an invoice to see the specified thickness and contact us to correct it. After receiving the medallion per our policy, the customer has 14 days to inspect and make any claims. Insurance has nothing to do with customer responsibility to check the product and making sure it is correct.  This customer now trueing to cover his failure to order correct item and inspect it in time. Please note: Standard thickness for all medallion is ¾” and we do not stock or produce in other thickness unless requested. Every medallion description page online has a specification clearly stated.: Unless noted otherwise in the description all standard wood medallions supplied per the following specification: Standard thickness is 3/4". You may request custom thickness for inlay from 5/16" to 3/4". Instead of trueing to truthfully explain the situation the customer was abusive, threatening our staff on the phone, making references to us as being “[redacted]” in derogatory terms. Later threatening us with his wife supposedly working for Homeland Security. (copy of the email is available). We will not respond to such intimidation and have nothing to offer to this customer.

The client requested and ordered on 2/8/17 specifically custom thickness medallion. Standard thickness is 3/4" but the client specified 3/8" as reflected on the invoice (attached) . The medallion was manufactured per specifications given and delivered on 3/2/17. It was accepted with signature...

confirmation on file (see attached tracking details). No claim was made until 5 months later, on 8/15/17.  The installer admitted in pone call that the client made a mistake ordering the wrong thickness and now they want us to take it back and make a new one in different thickness. Now they claim it is broken. It was stored in unknown conditions for 5 months and this cannot be covered by any warranty. Our policy specifically states 14 days after receipt of material to file any claims or initiate returns. (Return policy: http://www.czarfloors.com/Return-Policy.asp). Also, custom items are not returnable. Now contractor started claiming it is damaged. We explained our policy, however the contractor started threatening with on-line complains unless we accept his demands.We are open to assist any customer in every way if they approach the situation in a reasonable and professional manner. However We will not accept the intimidation and blackmail with online reviews.To judge the contractor’s behavior,  please review the part of the long email was sent to use with original grammar and spelling preserved:“....I will post every day all your bad reviews,including the one I wrote every day, untill resolved, if this is blackmail to you,  you need to study case law, in our Country, theres whats called due process, unlike your [redacted] Country where they drag [redacted]'s to the street and behead for there choice of religion..”
