Review: I placed an order on this website on February [redacted] 2015 for a FitBit (order [redacted]). I received confirmation that my order shipped on February [redacted]. When I received the tracking information for [redacted] it stated that my shipment was received in [redacted] on February [redacted]. After several attempts to contact the company, I finally received an email on February [redacted] from [redacted] that he was verifying the shipment. That is all the contact I've received. Please assist me with this matter. I feel as this a fraudulent company claiming to fill orders but keep consumers money.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the product I ordered and never received.

Review: I ordered gaming headphones from the website Tekwarz.com because they had a good price and once I ordered the headphones I never received them. Tekwarz.com was being advertised on the [redacted] page so I thought Tekwarz.com would be trustworthy. I payed, but they never delivered the product. I sent emails that were never responded to and every time I called the customer service it went straight to voice mail. The site is a scam. I went to [redacted] and other people were having the same problem. They take the money, send an email saying that they are going to ship the product and then it never does. They are just robbing people. They charged my credit card and never delivered the product. Unfortunately they are doing this to everyone who orders from their page.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and/or the people robbing people through their false website to go to jail. They advertised a product, I payed for the product and they never delivered that product. That's illegal. They owe me my money back because I never received the product and they should be investigated and have legal action put against them because they are putting up a webpage as a front to rob people and probably steal their credit information.

Review: I ordered a PDP Afterglow Wireless Headset(Blue) for my son on Feb [redacted], 2015 from [redacted] and have never received my product. I have tried contacting the seller on multiple occasions by telephone number which goes straight to voicemail and also emails both of which are never responded to. I contacted the [redacted] with the tracking number that was attached to my product and I was told that my item was sent to the address of [redacted] It will be delivered today to that address. My address is [redacted]. I even personally emailed the [redacted] of the website with my problem and was once again unsuccessful at getting a response. I asked them to redeliver my product to my correct address or fully refund my money back to my credit card. This item was a gift for my son and it was ruined by this company and their horrible business practices. I now have no other funds to purchase my son another headset from a legitimate website, such as amazon, due to other bill obligations. There were also two other customers on the scamadviser.com website that had the exact same problem with this company. You pay your money, but never receive your product. Please help me to resolve this issue. I need someone in a better professional standing to help me deal with this company. Review: I ordered a product from this business February [redacted] and was informed that my product had shipped March [redacted]. I received a tracking number but the package went to someone in [redacted] and not to [redacted] where I told them to mail it. I tried contacting them multiple times but I've not heard anything from them about either getting my product or receiving a refund. I paid $69.95 and a friend of mine also had the same occurrence since we ordered within a few days of each other.Desired Settlement: At this point, I don't want their product. I'd rather be a patron of someone else than let them keep my money.
