I am rejecting this response because:I was advised numerous times the table was reserved for me and not to be sold to others A Visa card is the same regardless of what country you are inI was advised numerous times just to be patient and waitThen they turn around and sell what is a rare itemHad the company advised me there was a chance it would be sold then I would have organized any form of payment they wished. Instead they told me it was "100% reserved" and just wait to hear from themTheir efforts to locate another table at the same price have been non existent and I have heard nothing from them.I don't think they realize the cost and stress of being told that a medical device that was "reserved" and then selling it from under your feet. Someone obviously forgot to tick the "sold/reserved" box but the company needs to fix their error immediately and not just pay lip service and say they will keep an eye out for another itemI want the same item at the price agreed as it is needed badly.ASAP Very very poor service and not good enough! Horrific

Good Day:I'm not sure what else to say.  Our company is not set up to take international credit cards.  We are only set up with Credit Cards with the billing address is in the United States.  I'm still very willing to try to find another table for him at the cost of what we have discussed.  We did everything we could and very willing to do what we can to make try to find another table for him. Thank You for your time.Kirk

Thank you for talking to me about this complaint that you received about Tekyard Medical.  Tekyard does strive to make sure we try to take care of all our customers.  I will try to answer the best I can.    The customer called wanting to buy a used table from us.  We agreed...

on a price, but needed to get a shipping quote for him.  Once we received a shipping quote the customer wanted to pay by credit card.  Tekyard is not set up to take international cards and we needed a different form of payment, which the customer did not have and was going to set up a PayPal account.    During that time, another sales agent sold the table and was paid for right away.    I let the customer know what has happened and I will try to find another table for him.  He was not happy with the answer, but we were still willing to try to find another for him.    Money has never exchanged hands and we still are not set up to except international credit cards.   I do not know what else we could have done.  I’m very willing to look for another table for this customer.   Please let me know if you need anything else from me.   Thank You for your time.   Kirk [redacted] Executive Account Representative Tekyard Medical
