I went to [redacted] in Nixa along with others after having a negative experience with the manager there a few months agoI think he needed more trainingWhen I moved to Springfield I decided to gave Telarent another shot [redacted] and [redacted] and the people who work at Springfield Telarent on Glenstone are so fun to deal with! They are always going out of their way to take care of you! The owner [redacted] is definately first class to deal withThese are the best prices in townI will always send people hereThank you!
this store stinks, I was lied to twice, first time was about the extended warranty on the used tv I rented, the clerk said he would give me months more with the original month warranty, because the tv was usedafter the morental period was paid in full and never late, I questioned the same person and he said there is no such thing as an extended warranty...lie number one !!! ** lie number two, weeks after my recliner was paid-off, a spring broke, I asked them to contact their supplier to get a replacement, ( in which I told them I would pay whatever it costs), they never contacted me after that about the progress on a yes or no, I stopped by several times to inquire, and I got the same response each time, (more than a month), they were waiting to hear from someone else from their own store...I was ignored for the spring problem because of the argument I had with them about the extended warrantythe question to myself, why would it take over a month to contact (via phone or e-mail), their furniture supplier located in northern Arkansas ???
