I am rejecting this response because:I did receive a phone call in regards to thisBut as per the photo that I am submitting the payment has had a stop payment placed on it so I am not able to receive the payment as agreed to.I find that all I was given was a really good bit of lip service with no actual action taken in moving forward.
In review of this assignment, the project team has shared that the technician didn’t check in and out of the [redacted] command center as required on his work order. Additionally, the [redacted] corporate help desk asked for a new different technician to be dispatched to continue finishing this site...
because they had concerns about the technician’s skill and ability. Consequently, the team short paid the technician $100 of the $250 original assignment value. However, we failed to notify the technician that he was getting short paid and did not provide an explanation as to why. After further consideration, we have decided to re-adjust the assignment value to $263.16. This will allow the technician to utilize the fast funds option in [redacted] to get paid immediately (24-48 hour wire transfer), and after the 5% fee is applied, the technician will receive his full $250.00 original, full assignment value.
I followed up with the team involved with this situation and the flag has been removed. The individual that provided me with my initial response to you did not realize there was a flag on the back end. Here is their response:
Tech is still scheduled to be paid. I have taken off the Stop Payment flag from his ticket.
