To Whom it may Concern Services were provided to client 100% The client used our beautiful ten passenger limousine for a - 5 hour job with a very experienced chauffeur. if the client was unhappy with the service she had many hours to call the office with a complaint which would of been resolved instantly . a client would not use the vehicle for several hours and stops with a driver that they thought was incompetent she also stated she had time to call her photographer to say she was to be late / but failed to call the limo company to complain if there was any TRUTh in the clients complaint a call would of been sent to the company to change the driver. Client paid the chauffeur with a *** *** for the 4 1/2 hrs service which was $ 520.00 The client signed the receipt and returned receipt to the Chauffeurfor payment Our phones are answered hours a day and would of been taken care of on the spot The services were provided and No credit is due Thanks John G*** Action Limousine *** *** ***

there beautiful ten passenger limousines to do Ashley Janson event for a - 5 hour job with a 20 year / 5 star chauffeur. The chauffeur Carmen arrived early at their home at * *** *** *** *** ** to help everybody with their belongings and help Bride and party into the Limousine. Carmen made them aware of the Rush hour traffic and we should leave earlier at no extra charge .The destination was about 32 minutes away in daily work traffic, The chauffeur took them to a park location in Fort Lee NJ without problems, She got them there safely/ waited and then took them back to get luggage and then one more stop in Hasbrouck Heights NJ / then to Newark Airport They arrived at Newark Airport early . Ashley Janson paid the chauffeur with a *** *** for the 4 1/2 hrs service which was $ 520.00 The client signed the receipt and returned receipt to the Chauffeurfor payment and thanked her for the excellent service ,If *** *** had any problems with the services provided she would have called the office when she was in our vehicle Our phones are answered hours a day and would of been taken care of on the spot .instead of waiting a week The services were provided and No credit is due Thanks John G*** Action Limousine *** *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:The owner is completely LYING. When Carmen arrived at my house she didn't even come to the door to let us know she was here. She NEVER told us anything about rush hour traffic (it was 10:30am when we left, NOT rush hour) My mother met her outside where she told my mom to have my sign the receipt BEFORE services rendered. She informed Carmen I would not do that as there was no price on the receipt. Carmen then told her if I did not sign the receipt she would leave. As this was my WEDDING day I had absolutely no choice but to sign. She had absolutely no idea where she was going as I stated in my original complaint. She got on and off the one major highway 3 or 4 times. Safety was definitely NOT a priority with this driver as NO ONE that knows how to drive would EVER come to a complete stop in the left lane of the highway. I actually had to call our photographer and let him know we were going to be late because of the driver's incompetence. The only reason I did not call on that day was because my fiance/husband told me not to get all worked up on our wedding day, We then left immediately on our trip, 18 hours after I fell and was in the hospital, my priority on the trip was to get around on my vacation. I needed to change my hotel room to handicap accessible and get a scooter since I could barely walk. Upon return from my trip I sent numerous emails that went unanswered until he finally answered a text and refused to LISTEN to anything I had to say. I NEVER thanked her for EXCELLENT service because that is NOT what we received. She was outspoken, talkative and kept trying to hug us. I am not one of her family members, I was a client! That is not how one should act. I am beyond furious at the service we received that day and the response this "business owner" has provided. I will be more than happy to furnish the testimonies of all the other parties involved to prove my case. I am COMPLETELY REJECTING this heinous response.
