Sad, a neighbor and I have to wait four days before a repairman can come out to repair our cable service,technicians been here twice this week and the same problem still exist

After dealing with this Byzantine billing service that is a Dish reseller I must say that billing system not only expects you to make payments between invoices for services rendered after each billing period but then they will disconnect your service and charge you a reconnect fee for not being late with your paymentPlease be safe and use another service if you are able such as Verizon or Comcast
ey are horribleIf you live in a area that forces you to use this then I feel sorry for youThey claim to have top of the market internet speeds but that is complete bsMy mom is forced to have this bs and has to pay 50$ for only Mbps when *** can give you Mbps for 56$ I really don't know why apartment complexes force people to use this crappy stuff when there is much better bang for your buck out thereSo if you care about good Internet speeds for a decent price then make sure you check with the apartment office you're moving into and ask them if they have a contract with these people and if they do and Internet is important to you...RUN!!!

Customer service is awful. Have you do system scan over and over again and it never fixes anything. It's just something they tell you that must be on their checklist of things to tell you. They SUCK.
