*** *** contracted Teldebt Solutions Incfor a Wage garnishment removal and to consolidate her Student Loans on September 14, *** *** made the following payments to Teldebt Solutions
Inc; $on 9/15/15, $on 9/24/and a payment of $on 10/08/ Our company called *** *** several times to collect the documents necessary to complete the services purchased We did receive from *** *** the following documents back: Pay stubs on 9/18/and References on 10/05/*** *** called in upset because she was having a problem with the electronic signature process for our service agreement After numerous attempts with the multiple support staff along with an email step by step instruction on how to sign the agreement, *** *** was extremely irritated and asked that we cancel her services because she was unable to complete the documentTeldebt Solutions Inccancelled out her services per *** ***'s request on October 13, It is apparent that *** is confused in regard to the services she purchased from our firm and while the company is entitled to the fees that *** *** paid for the services we provided, the company is going to provide *** *** with a complete refund of services and wishes her the best in resolving her matter

Inc. ; $150 on 9/15/15, $64.14 on 9/24/15 and a payment of $64.14 on 10/08/15. Our company called [redacted] several times to collect the documents necessary to complete the services purchased. We did receive from [redacted] the following documents back: Pay stubs on 9/18/15 and References on 10/05/15.
