I made a purchase on [redacted].com for a product they outsource to Teleasy Corp. Teleasy cancelled the order, so I contacted them to find out why. They had put the wrong price on the item and online and would not honor that price. When I checked the price of the product online now it has tripled in price.
Most businesses, if they make a mistake honor the price when the purchase was made or work with you to resolve to your satisfaction, but Teleasy will NOT. In the future,I hope [redacted] thoroughly checks out the businesses they partner with, because I was not impressed with Teleasy or [redacted]'s customer service when trying to look into this matter and that is a reflect of both businesses.
