This business is a complete fraud. The representative that assisted me (Javier Z[redacted]) lied about the services they provide. He set up a Verizon account along with Direct TV service for my address. When the technician arrived I was informed that the system could not be installed due to too many trees in the back of my house. I called Javier that same moment and informed him of it, he said he was going to cancel everything and told me to return the Verizon router I had received in the mail. I did as he told me, but he never cancelled my account with Verizon, now Verizon is charging me $280 for cancelling a 2 year contract. I have called Telecel and nothing has been resolved. I am taking this matter to court.
