Review: I bought tickets in December for tickets to see a play rocky in feb 14 the day of the play I was sent a email that my seats have obstructed view and my seats will be changed. When I bought the tickets in December I was told my seats was great and not obstructed ... And the email I received day of said they would change my seat and when I showed up for the play on valentines day they did not change my seats and my view was obstructed and I was not able to see the play. I complained when I was there I was told it was sold out and no other seats and I told them I was never told seats are obstructed till day of play and my seats are to be changed as per email from telecharge.. I also contacted telecharge with complaint # [redacted] on 2/15/2014 took them over two months to respond and offered me only half a refund... They know they are wrong as I have the email the 2/14/2014 the seats are obstructed and I was not able to see full show and I would like a full refund. I should have been told in December 2013 when I bought tickets the view is obstructed not day of play. This is very misleadingDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund I was not able to see the play cause view was obstructed
