I live 20 miles from Whispers Vapor and I drive over there for all my needs. I have been using them for 5 months now and NEVER have I had a problem!! I can call and they explain to me when I first started and then if In run into a problem, I call them and let them know that I am having an issue and not sure when I will be able to come back over because sometimes I'm out of town taking care of my Mom with cancer and they always tell me not a problem just when I am back in area to come by. They have always made their product good and are very friendly to be around. They care about their customers!!! I don't think I would have made it 5 months without their help and truly supportive and genuine people!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this business if you looking for someone to tell you the TRUTH about how everything works! It is family owned and I also liked that about it. They take time with customers. I don't know how many times I've been in there and their customers will just be hanging out because they are such good people that WILL NOT lie to you or try to sell you something they know not something you would like. TRUST ME on this I know, they have gotten to know me and what I will or will not like..... I really like that. I had ONE battery that kept going bad and they replaced each time at no cost to me. I am not saying wait months and expect them to make good or something you did and expect them to make good but when it is legit issue they do make it right.
