Hi. I contacted this customer today via phone to discuss the charges that appeared on the bill. I explained why these charges sometimes appear, and sometimes do not appear. (It is based on the calling patterns of the customer.) We also discussed the quality of service -
or lack thereof - that was received. We sincerely apologize that we were not able to meet the expectations of this client. A refund for last month's invoice was issued.-Bob B
