I noticed water flowing out of my septic tank whenever I would do a load of laundry SepTek came out the same day and a very nice, hardworking man cleaned the tank and switched the field for me He gave me some good advice about how to avoid more problems with my system The price was very reasonable The lady who took my call was very patient and helpful I was impressed
The bathroom and kitchen sinks were gurgling off and on for a few weeks and then I found standing water outside where we thought the septic tanks may be located We had recently just moved into the older home with no prior information about the house from the previous owner We had SepTek come out to inspect what may be the issue and the man seemed irritated from the start, (yes, it was a very hot and humid day)....however, he poked a metal stick around about ten times and from THAT, decided that we had a cast iron sheet over the tank that had rusted and adhered to the tank which was blocking water from going into the system....$1500...then he proceeds to add $to the leaching system that probably has tress root damage and needs to be bored out REALLY!! All that from poking around a stick! Yeah, right! Goodbye! He was here for to grand total of to minutes! Great inspection....Not! Note: The lady that I had made the appointment with was very nice and did call me to tell me that he was running or so minutes late
