on febuary 3,,I bought of my pc computers to get repaired at this center.one was returned to me.the other pc computer was held by them since febuary 3,until august 20,2018.before this I have stopped in about a dozen times in the last months to see if the computer was repaired.they already wanted $dollars up front before they even looked at it, stating money would be refunded if the computer can not be fixed.it took them over months just to tell me the computer can not be fixed.I wanted to end this so I asked for the refund .they only gave me dollars back.they did nothing to this computerr only let it sit on their shelve for half a year.long story short--they had my computer for half a year,they charged me up front repaiers before they ever looked at it,they kept dollars of my money for doing nothing to the cumputer.it took over half a year to get it back,not fixed at all.I did not want to argue to him about this so that is why iam now contacting you.I at least
