This company is a scam. I received my [redacted] phone bill and Teledias Communications was listed as my long distance provider. I have no long distance provider. The service was crammed in. I never authorized the service. The company claims they have a recording with my birthdate. A written permission or an electronic signature is required for changes. [redacted] is refunding the charges. I sent a complain to the FCC. In searching the web, I found this company had an FCC slamming order from March 22, 2013.

According to our records, on 1/20/15 the Local Exchange Carrier issued a credit for one monthly long distance plan fee billed on behalf of TeleDias in the amount of $5.95. Per the customer's request, TeleDias issued an additional credit to the account on 1/22/15 which totals $29.75 and represents the remaining five monthly long distance plan fees billed to the account at $5.95 per month. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The allegations that I authorized TeleDias Communications to be my long distance provider are false.First, I do not need long distance service to communicate with my family in [redacted], because my calling plan with my mobile company ([redacted]), included calls to [redacted] as if they were local calls.Second, August 8th is the day of my birthday and I remember very well what I did that day including calls received greetings from my family (from [redacted]) to my mobile phone, as you know, they are like local calls, and the calls are free amoung [redacted] users, (ie, unlimited).Third, after several calls to TeleDias Communications customer service department, they gave me a BAD customer service experience, the employee offered me only ONE credit. The other credits came from [redacted], NO TeleDias. All companies, including TeleDias Communications, who want to take advantage of consumers, and they are discovered, they always want to fix everything with a "sincere apology".I can not imagine how many other consumers are and have been scammed by this and other situations.Sincerely,[redacted]

Teledias Communications claims to have called my mother and had her agree to add their long distance services on May 7, 2013. They have apparently been charging my mother $6.50 or more per month on her [redacted] bill since then under an item line noted as [redacted].I normally just pay her account on-line and had not worried about reviewing the bill as it was fairly consistent. This month the bill went up about $10 so I investigated and discovered the charges. My mother denies having agreed to any services. Also, the account is in my name not hers so I do not understand how a company is allowed to have anyone other than account holder add charges.Account_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like a refund for at least the $5.95 base fee being charged for these services on a monthly basis.Let's say that bills began in June of 2013 and ended in August of 2015 as I just call them to cancel.
