Our lead agent spoke with this customer directly on 07/12/and issued replacements for both of his defective unitsI show the replacements were delivered on 07/14/16, and were signed for by the customer (*** is the listed signature for tracking #*** *** ***).? Based on our records, we did not receive any communication from this customer on or after 07/13/16.?

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
They have NEVER called my phone.? They have NEVER left any voice mail.? They have emailed me one time telling me to call a number with no ext.? I called and got lots of options but was not told who to talk to.? I have replied times to this email telling them this and asked who am I to talk to when I call and I have NOT got any reply back.? ? ? This proves my point I have complained about, they are playing games and lying.? ? Sincerely,*** *** III
