My mother in law passed away June 1,I ordered $worth of flowers for the calling hours and funeralThe magnificent life spray was to be yellow roses,white carnations and other white and yellow flowersThey sent this standing spray with all green half dead flowersI also ordered two other arrangements that were nothing like what the picture showed except one had the angel in it The other had the cross in itThey were both half dead and late on arrivalI called teleflora, they said they would send new flowers by 10:am for funeral the next morningWell they didn't replace the flowersI called them after the funeral to complain and they finally agreed to give me half my money backI had to keep calling to get half the money backI will never use this company againSo buyer beware you don't get what you orderI will go to a florist in person to make sure I get what I order

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! That is how I would rate my experience with Teleflora! Do NOT use this company if you want your flowers to actually arrive on time (or at all) to the person you sent them to! I placed order that had deliveries on it! No big deal right? Should make it easier than having separate orders! NopeSo Granny got her flowers for Mothers Day but Mom Didn't!!! And they live right next door to each other! How bad is that right? Especially since I had talked to Teleflora days before the delivery date and they said that everything was fine and the orders would be delivered! Saturday comesGranny got hers! Mom didn't! I call Teleflora and oh they would have been so happy to process the second order again and have it delivered tomorrow (days after Mothers Day)! No thanks - I will just call the florist directly and cut out the middle man who can't get it right anywaySooooo not happy and this business needs to know it! Nothing else they could do they saywell there is something I can do! Post it all over social media and the Revdex.com! A happy customer is a good oneunhappy means that you just made the wrong person upset over it! I mean reallythey're next door to each other!

I also ordered two other arrangements that were nothing like what the picture showed except one had the angel in it . The other had the cross in it. They were both half dead and late on arrival. I called teleflora, they said they would send new flowers by 10:00 am for funeral the next morning. Well they didn't replace the flowers. I called them after the funeral to complain and they finally agreed to give me half my money back. I had to keep calling to get half the money back. I will never use this company again. So buyer beware you don't get what you order. I will go to a florist in person to make sure I get what I order.
