Left customer another message on [redacted] ----8-26-at 4:pm customer has not returned call.Left message at same number on 9-7- at 2:pm customer did not answerall parts are in, and customer will be provided with transportation and or pick up and delivery immediately upon contacting us to make arrangements

Customer has been contacted and has an appointment scheduled, all repairs covered by her insurance will be addressed at the time of her appointmentNote for file : This customer wrecked our Loaner car while her vehicle was being repaired, ? we kept technicians after hours to get her back on the road, also we only charged her $500, what her deductible would have been had she filed another insurance claimThis prevented the customer from having an "at fault loss" and reduced her exposure to substantial increases in her insurance premiumsThe repairs to our Loaner were in excess of that amount and we incurred the additional cost as a courtesy to this customer.?
