Review: TeleJackson & Things entered into contract with me Feb. 2013 to install central air/heating, level the floors, install one bar (4904), install two instant hot water heaters according to code, file for permits, and build out two laundry rooms on both sides of the house (4904 & 4906). The floors are unleveled and were not coded or sealed, both bathrooms were installed with central air/heating or air vents, the dryer hook-up / venting system were not build correctly. The ceiling in the kitchen (4904) is not painted due to it being messed up during installation of AC. The painting and border was not complete on 4906 side after the av vent was build & installed. I called the city and the water company. They do not have any records of any permits being filed under my address. I have brought this to the attention of the Owner [redacted] in person and in writing. He has not returned my calls or have made any attempt to fix the problems.Desired Settlement: I am requesting the money that was paid for the permits to be filed be reimbursed. $5,000. I am also requesting the money paid to level the floors, install the AC & air vents, paint the walls be reimbursed, $5,000. Total $10,000.
