At this time, I have been contacted directly by Southern Telecom regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[they want me to send them my units and they will replace them with refurbished ones, which is not fair since these were purchased in April
and they have not worked correctly since day 1. they have a year warranty on them. I understand getting a refurbished one if I were at month or of the warranty time. These are less than months old so I think I should get new ones. I have NOT responded to them because I was waiting to hear from you. hopefully their response is attached. I want new units only. these are horrible. the one that I returned due to a screen default was perfect except to a green dot in the middle of the screen and the replacement ones make horrible noises the on screen key board has to be consistanly reset.they need to provide me with new tablets and they need to be held accountable. I hope this puts a huge red flag on their rating.]

But I wanted to tell you. I did get a new tablet. . I was just getting on to tell you. It took a while to get it but they sent me a brand new in the box . I tested it and so far it works fine.
