Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The information provided to the Revdex.com was not accurate regarding the offer to return my items and then refund the gift card I have an email string where they mention nothing about returning the card to get a refund They have not "worked with me" at all, other than to tell me I was out of luck and should have read the website rather than listening to what their employee said In addition, some of the "promotional materials" referenced that I supposedly received did not actually happen They refuse to take responsibility for the deceptive advertising by their employees and they refuse to accept that the person who sold this card was either not trained properly or is falsely advertising the benefits of this card, as I was directly told by the employee I would receive the 5% cash back at any merchant in the outlets Regards, [redacted] ***

We have contacted the customer to obtain the Simon Rewardcard numbers so we could review the cards and respond to the customer Mr [redacted] provided us with the card numbers and we determined that the cards had remaining balances The customer is eligible for replacements card as the funds do not expire The terms and Conditions state:The funds on your cards do not expire the "valid thru date" indicated on the front of your card is not an expiration date, but is intended primarily for fraud protection purposes After the "valid thru" date, your available funds will be temporarily unavailable to you until you call 866-325-for a replacement card with a new "valid thru" dateWe are working with our processor to the the cards replace and new cards will be sent to Mr***.Sincerely,Keela W***Product Manager

If youwill post your contact information I will email my card # and other info you needI have not been able to contact youAnd when I was trying prior to my Revdex.com complaint, everything was unreliable which is why I had to escalate itI believe this needs to be in email/writing so that we can be aware of what we have offered as a solution and stick to it Regards, [redacted] ***
