Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: It doesn't solve anything. I paid *** *** of Telemart money to have my cell phone fixedHe took my money but he did not fix my phoneHe never fixed the phone, the screen was replaced but the phone was not properly functioningThe buttons that stopped functioning were fine until AFTER he placed the screen. I'd also like to note that I notified Telemart of this issue immediately after realizing that the phone was malfunctioningI contacted *** *** and *** ***, of Telemart in Hurst - Texas, several times in order to try to resolve this issue. --As for offering to attempt to repair the phone again, yes - he offered to try to repair the phone againHowever, I told him to order the part and then contact me and I would let him work on itHe failed to contact meI went to his place of business and made the arrangement againHe would order the part and notify me when it came in, and I would then take my phone to himHe failed to contact meHe failed to contact me through my employerI don't think he attempted to contact me at all. Telemart never left a message for me at my place of workI gave them the number and requested that they do so, but Telemart never didI would like to request Telemart to furnish their phone records that show that they attempted to contact my employer.

Dear *** ***I am writing to you regarding case #***this is how we came to this pointwhen the customer brought his cell phone for repair it was shattered completely, without any functionality,on the initial diagnostic it was determined the LCD /digitizer had to be replaced after
getting the customer approval we ordered the part which a special order on this model cell phone once we repaired the phone we had difficulty to call him to let him his cell phone is ready he had no home phonewe left several messages at his jobonce he got the message one day he came to store and picked his repaired cell phoneAfter three weeks he showed up and complaint about his cell phone is not working properly, we asked to leave the phone with us and find out what causing the problem, but he refused to do so saying that he can not be without phoneI mentioned to him in order to help to resolve this issue I must keep the phone.but he did not want to leave his phone with us.at the this point we had no option to help himI am puzzled by his decision since he can not use the phone and complaining about our repair on his cell phone at this junction I am not even sure if the problem is caused by part we used on his cell phonethe only way I can help him to resolve this matter he needs to bring his cell phone to our shop and leave with usI hope this explanation is sufficient to tell our side of story.please let me know if I can be any help on this matter.my phone number is ***Thanks,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because I do not have confidence in TeleMart of Hurst. They failed to repair the phone the first time and then they gave me horrible customer service when I tried to get them to properly fix it. I gave them multiply opportunities to resolve the situation by fixing the phone. Instead, they stood me up and wasted my time. I don't want anything to do with this company. I wish for my money to be refunded immediately.
