I don't know why your cartridge was missing a tagWe may have built you cartridge from a new replacement bearing housing, I don't know for sure because I didn't handle your transactionThe amount you are asking back is very high and doesn't make sense because I cannot make a cartridge at 125$ and make money on that productThe ballbearing turbos are expensive to build and should not be confused with Chinese cartridgesIf you want money back you have to send the product back and just cancel the transaction as I can't give you money back that you are asking and stay in business

Sorry I was on Vacation Last Week and the Internet Was Poor, so I couldn't replyThursday I got my teeth taken out so I have been vomiting and sleepingI ordered the cartridge over a week ago, I just received it wednesdayThe Cartridge however is incorrectThe Customer told me it was a CT20B, so
I ordered a CT20B cartridgeIm thinking this turbo must be a CTor CT12B cartridgeIm going to try and find outIf you customer just wants to turbo back, please email me at ***Its really hurts to talk

I sent you guys a ct20b, and left a note in the package for you to call me when you start working on my turbo but since today I still haven't got single call from youSo I called few weeks later, over the phone on our initial contact it sounds like you never heard of ct20b turbo and kept saying ctwhich is a whole different turboSince ct20b is made with ceramic shaft, it's delicate and what makes the turbo special and I gave you this information but you ignored itA month later when you decided to answer my phone call, you told me the turbo is no good with damaged shaft then the whole cartridge needs to be replace and it seems like the same trick your playing when I search online for turbo labs review.I sent you guys a perfectly working ct20b with ceramic coating and reason for this rebuild is since the turbo it out of the car I might as well have it rebuild instead of removing the turbo off the car later onEvery week I called, you kept saying next week and then out of the blue you're on vacation with unfinished jobs and teeth taken outWay to be a professionalNow you're saying my turbo is not a ct20b, I would assume you broke my turbo and couldn't order the part you needI have x ctlaying around in my garage so don't tell me it's a ctFind me a working ct20b and send it back

These turbos are so new that parts are not available to repair themThe cartridges are ruined, bearing housing, shafts, compressor wheels, turbine housing not repairableThe only way to fix these is to have the turbine housings machined and upgraded to a Mitsubishi tdo5h center cartridge and
compressor wheel and adapter plateThe oil feed drain and coolant won't be the same with the mhi center cartridgeI don't have the machine to do the turbine housingwe left the turbos apart for the customer to see the damage that they weren't repairable, they never said why they needed them back, if they needed them for core exchange for new ones I would have assembled them This customer never paid me for my time of taking them apart or return shipping, now he is wanting 5000$ from meHe listed a purchase price of 5000, but he must be talking about the amount he paid for new ones from someone else and he wants me to pay for new Turbo's because his original ones can't be repaired.if he wants his compressor housings back with the turbos that are not repairable, I can send them back, but if you are suing me for I suggest you file a court case that we settle this matter

This turbo is called a CTSmall / CT20B I bought what was said to be a CT20B cartridge but it may have been a CTnot CT20BI may have found the right replacement cartridge for the turbo, im still trying to confirmIm hoping to get confirmation tonightLike I told you before when I took the turbo apart, the condition is:scared shaft on bearing seats (not repairable)scared bearing housing (not usuable)At that point you either need another CHRA if You/me/we can find one, or another turbo

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The cores were mailed to Turbo Labs America, and then rebuilt (not to my specs) and sold to other customersThis is theft and fraudSee attached screen shots of conversationI have tried countless times to bring this to resolutionI have contacted the DA as well to bring criminal charges against the company, as they have a history of this behavior

This customer sent these turbos while I was on vacationi got back and had a lot of work to completei since finished his turbos and sent them back in june or early july, I cant remember

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. We did send the turbos in good faith thinking that we would be contacted regarding the repair or have the ability to have them returned in the original condition they were sent to the "Turbo Lab" if a repair was not possible. Neither of those things happened. The business was extremely difficult to get in contact with and we were not given a clear reason as to why a repair was not possible until we got back the turbos in a hundred parts and completely destroyed with the most valuable componets missing. Many more phone calls were necessary to get back the additional parts. Now we have a box of ruined components and a story that makes no sense. No invoice was ever presented to our company for diagnostic work or any work done for that matter. We would have just preferred to have the turbos returned to our business in the same condition we sent them to the "Turbo Lab" and would have been happy to pay the diagnostic fee. Now we have a box of useless parts and have to replace turbos that could have been repaired and the cost is $5000.00. Of course that does not include the vehicle we have had out of commission for three months either. We would like to be compensated for the cost of the turbos.

I had this turbo in and out in 3 days. This turbo was already serviced and shipped, and the tracking number was given to the buyer. Please tell me what the problem is.

This is a customer of [redacted] said that lee sent the turbos in 3-4 years ago, [redacted] completed the job and notified the customer. The customer never paid.  A year passes, [redacted] sells the turbos to recoup the money for the unpaid repair bill. We have 2000-3000$ per week pay roll for our employees,...

we have to pay them even if you don't pay us. As part of the deal, we do the service and expect to pay the bill, if you don't want to pay the bill, then I'm stuck with money in parts and labor in your turbos.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I have received the turbos.

Well ct20b is also called ct26 small, I've told you that numerous times but you decided to ignore this information, that very unprofessional. So I attached a letter in the package and I some how knew you're gonna break the turbo because I've heard so many other shops that act ignorance does this online because ct20b has ceramic shaft and will easily break during disassembly if you don't know what you're working on. Turbo ran fine and I inspected it before I packed it up for shipping, so I would assume you broke the ceramic shaft then gave me the excuses. If I had to spend all that money to get a replacement I could've just bought another. I don't have to go thru you and waste couple month of my time, building a whole car don't even take this long. Not sure how you guys conduct your business and it feels like couple immature 16 -17 year olds running the business. Holding on to a product and service for months didn't even bother calling the customer. Car sitting in driveway  for months on Jack stands with paid insurance. at this point I don't even need you guys to rebuild my turbo, you probably don't even know what you're doing. Go find me a working ct20b and return it back to me. Look on [redacted] or [redacted]. A job like this is you can do it or you can't, it takes 2 weeks max for any turbo shop. And I called you guys ahead to pre-order the parts weeks before I sent in the turbo
