Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2015/07/09) */ A female from Tucker [redacted] 's office called in and made a payment for his phone charges with a credit cardTelephone Associates does not/can not keep credit cards on fileMr [redacted] has made numerous complaints about not getting good serviceWe've made numerous service calls to resolveThere was reprogramming done and issues were resolvedWhen one of our techs asked a co-worker of Mr [redacted] 's if they had any more issues, the co-worker replied that he never knew of any issuesMr [redacted] 's lines are under contract until We believe he is trying to get out of his contract - fraudulently to go to a cheaper carrierHe had his fax line ported out to another carrier and denied doing thatI sent him a copy of his port out request from the other carrierHis fax line was NOT the line he had called with any complaintsWith that port out he was charged an early termination fee, which he is very angry aboutIf a customer that we set up service for can not get good quality service and there is nothing we can do to make it quality, we do not hold them to their contractWe advise that they change carriers and do every thing possible to make it a smooth transitionWe a customer goes under contract with us, we too go into a contract with the carrier, so naturally we do our utmost to provide good, quality service Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 13, 2015/07/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) My phone lines still do not work properly(and NEVER have) When I dial numbers, the call doesn't go through every timeThis by definition is not "good quality service" When the tech came out he told us there is nothing more he could do to make it betterWe switched our fax line because of the same issue as our phone lineI told the tech person this when he was hereThe calls were not going through every timeThe issues are NOT resolved! I in fact cannot find a cheaper carrier, I would be happy to pay more to be with another carrier with service that actually works, and a carrier that does not fraudulently charge credit cardsI simply want the cancellation fee's waived from the fax line to be let out of my contract so this nightmare can be over
