This complaint was made on May **, Our customer was addressing this matter to a counter person saying that he is missing a few items from his wash and fold laundry service that was done on May **, We do not itemize wash and fold laundry bagsThe service includes washing and folding only and is charged by weight in poundsIf we were to itemized each article that goes into the bag then we would have charged per garment/pieces of article that was in the bagThis customer was complaining that we misplaced of his/her soccer jerseysAnd he was very specific about when he bought them and how much each one costsWe take utmost care with each and every individual articles in laundry bagsIf some garments needed different care then we let the customers know how and what type of treatment is needed to be cleanedIf something does get missing or mixed up then we try to recover themAnd usually our customers are all nice to have returned what's not theirs and found the ownerWe have been doing laundry/dry cleaning business for over years and never had a dispute like this beforeWe are very disappointed to see a dispute like this

If we were to itemized each article that goes into the bag then we would have charged per garment/pieces of article that was in the bag. This customer was complaining that we misplaced 3 of his/her soccer jerseys. And he was very specific about when he bought them and how much each one costs. We take utmost care with each and every individual articles in laundry bags. If some garments needed different care then we let the customers know how and what type of treatment is needed to be cleaned. If something does get missing or mixed up then we try to recover them. And usually our customers are all nice to have returned what's not theirs and found the owner. We have been doing laundry/dry cleaning business for over 30 years and never had a dispute like this before. We are very disappointed to see a dispute like this.

The business's response, which is essentially that losing clothing is a risk you run and they cannot believe I would deign to complain, is unacceptable. Just say "[redacted] we stole your stuff and you can't do anything about it." That would be less insulting. Thanks. Revdex.com:
