I had a clogged drain in the kitchen that was also attched to my washing machine. I called on Monday morning. They set a time for me right after lunch which was very fast. Then they called back and asked if they could come sooner at 10:30.
At 10:35 the technican came and within an hour had the clog taken care of which required him to go on the roof to fix. He was really pleasent, clean and helpful. By noon he was complete.
I have been using Herrell Plumbing for years and I always impressed by their service, but having them come early was a wonderful surprise.
I would highly recommend this company.
