Hi,
We have attempted to contact the customer by telephone to follow up on the return of the productThe product was returned, but is missing the following items:
* Ethernet cable
* AC power cable
* Instruction booklet
In
accordance with our return policy, as accepted by the customer at the time of purchase, products must be returned with all accessories, packaging and other material intact and in original condition
Once we have received back these items, we will be happy to issue a full refund of the product purchase price as promised as a courtesy with the original RMA, or if the customer no longer has the missing items, we can arrange reshipment of the refused return at his expense

In accepting the response from the business I want to make it clear that I do NOT agree with their representation of the condition of the returnIt was returned in the exact condition in which it was receivedSince I returned all of the materials in the initial shipment, it would be impossible for me to return them now
