I bought my husband a card w/pin # *** firstThe company states that if you refer a friend, then both of you get $more added to your purchaseFirst, the card #*** never got the referral credited to that cardThen since he referred me, I went ahead & bought another one with pin #***which said it had approxminutes on it and did get a $add but it was limited to one call for minutes but it cut off earlier and when I went back to call it said I had no funds.I called them and they basically spoke over me and tried to say that the additional "card" was a different type and basically said the opposite of their add "Referral Program"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
PLEASE INFORM COMPANY THAT I WILL NOT TAKE ANY CALLS FROM THEM - THEY WERE RUDE IN THE FIRST PLACE SO I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO SPEAK TO THEM AGAIN

With the new information provided , we have confirmed that you have not purchased your calling card through our website and without providing the pin number we had no way to locate your calling card. 
We do support all our products even though the ones that are not purchased from our website and I have issued you a $10 credit for your convenience. 
Your calling card is now activated and reset to its original $10 Balance.
Please let us know if we can be of any help.

I am rejecting this response because: After a year, you are just responding! How convenient! I am sure that you had my information in the system at the time of the complaint, but you waited a year. It would take me a long time to search up the required information. Shame on you!

We have checked both accounts, and as for the referral your account received the $10 discount on your first order because you were referred by your husband and he also received a $10 discount at his account which will be used towards his next order. So actually both accounts got the referral credit....

As for the cards the first card you purchased (Call More - PIN#[redacted]) was the right choice for calling [redacted], but we believe the issue happened when you chose the second card (Cool - PIN#[redacted]) which is an excellent card for calling Chile land lines but not so much for calling cell phones which why you got less minutes for calling a cell phone in Chile instead of a land line with that card. We do apologize for any inconvenient, and as one of our valued customers we would like to offer you a replacement (Call More) calling card for free which will be perfect for calling Chile cellphones, Please give us a call whenever it’s convenient for you to get your new card’s information.

As we mentioned in the reply to your complaint that your husband's account already received the $10 discount at his account, so all he needs to do is to login to his account and purchase any card he wants and he'll receive a $10.00 discount on the order, so this is how your husband will get his card as for your card just call us as we mentioned to get the card's information.

I  would like to add that the authorized merchant,as well as myself, did contact your customer service department on the phone number that you provided,but you refused to resolve the issue.  That's when I decided to contact Revdex.com.

Review: I purchased calling cards from their website but their calling cards, as well as any of their access numbers have stopped working. Also, their website www.callingcardsplus.com does not seem to be working any longer.Desired Settlement: To refund the unused Calling Card amount that I paid for.
