Review: Telerecovery reported false information to the credit bureau. I have documents to prove it and they refuse to reverse the reporting.Desired Settlement: Reverse the report to the 3 credit bureaus before payment due to false information.

Review: I paid these accounts off through a settlement awhile ago, yet they are still reporting to the three credit bureaus as an open account and it is really affecting my credit score. My wife and I are attempting to get a home loan and this is definetly standing in the way. I have written them several letters and disputed with the credit bureaus but no luck. I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me with this issue.Desired Settlement: I am simply asking for these two accounts to be deleted from my all three credit bureaus.

Review: TeleRecovery Corporation was hired by East Jefferson General Hospital to collect a debt. Telerecovery Corp. has reported the debt as $3,304 when the debt was only $1564, and they continue to place the same debt multiple times, further lowering my credit score. Their customer service team members are rude and very disrespectful. $1000 of the $1564 owed has since been paid, and payment arrangements has been made with East Jefferson General Hospital. They refuse to work with me, so I called the hospital who agreed that I could make payments in the amount of $44 a month until paid, but no change has been reflected in my credit report.Desired Settlement: Desired resolution would be to have the company report the changes as they should on a regular basis to reflect a decrease in the balance.
