Review: Buyer be warned...Telesonic Packaging Corp does not stand behind their equipment. 3 months After purchasing a Vertical Form Fill packing machine from them for more than $20,000 the machine broke. When I contacted the company I was told first to try to make adjustments myself. I did this in protest as it would possibly void the warranty but was told to proceed with adjustments and diagnostics anyway. When the machine stopped working completely I again contacted the company and was told that the entire staff would be in China for more than 3 weeks. This Crippled my coffee business and caused me to loose clients. After contact via email only, and only one email every 12 hours due to time differences, I resorted to threatening legal action. At this point the Owner [redacted] contacted me directly and guaranteed to have the machine fixed if I shipped it back to Delaware from Phoenix. I agreed on the condition that he cover the shipping costs, he agreed. Once they got the machine they took no responsibility for a malfunction. They blamed our power supply even though we had it installed and rechecked by an electrician. They also blamed us for misuse, but the machine was run only as directed and for less than 10 hours total. After 3 more weeks I was told the machine was ready for delivery. Four more days passed and I was then sent a bill for $816 for repairs in an email stating it would be shipped upon payment in full. At this point I called to protest and was verbally assaulted. I was told that my business was nothing to them and they didn't have time for me, among other insults and I could take it or leave it. I paid the bill with a cashiers check as I was forced to do to get my business back on track. After another 2 days I contacted them about shipping information and was told that the shipping was on me contrary to he email. I again contacted them and once again got the run around. At this point my machine is still on their dock waiting for delivery and [redacted] refuses to ship it.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the cost of the repair and shipping refunded as well as labor cost incurred during the time the machine was out of service.
