Review: I was looking to build a adult website teleteria.inc whom offered the service. I then contacted [redacted] of the company. [redacted] he stated the website would be fully functional with in a week. I believing and hoping it would be true I sent more than half of payment. But at time he never mention he would be charging. $100 monthly for hosting. I agreed when site was done hoping it would pass the billing verification process. in witch the members page is functional, once members sign in section of video, photos is no content at all. I emailed [redacted] and no response. until I sent a Email stating I request a full refund for not having the site fully functional. He reply "If you don't take the time to call me then I cant help you." This very unsatisfying, unprofessional. As I travel, I can always be in calls. that's why I E-mail [redacted] and [redacted] also [redacted]. Hoping they would be able to answer my request. Hoever when I called [redacted] regarding the refund he stated there is no refund and the funtionality of the site has to do with the billing company [redacted] sent and email saying "While checking the content of the website I noticed that the Video's and photo's section of the member's area is not working properly or there is no content uploaded. Please let me know when this content is available so I can test your website again." I forward a copy to [redacted] and [redacted]. Until now I have no response. I will return the domain as soon as refund .Desired Settlement: A full refund of $3,100, I have lost in revenue double the investment.

The content in the site works so I am not understanding what the issue is.The content feeds many sites and is working for sites all over the world.I asked for a phone converation with the client so we can discuss and he can fully understand.The 100.00 hosting fee is discussed with every client and IS IN the service agreement clients read before they do business with us.The site he bought is up and functional and approved by the client before he paid his balance.Frequent travel is no excuse for not calling me if you have a problem or issue with your account.You are free to contact the Revdex.com but you will get faster results if you just call my cell phone which I take calls on 7 days a week.Client not entitled to a refund.

Reason that billing firm has not been able past the test. Site is stuck in test mode. I have screen shot and will be screen-cast (recording the site ). "Not in a valid session, sesion id is <br>"

Also [redacted], wont respond the to the inquires I sent via Email regarding the issue, I sent screenshots of site. and haven't heard a response. He want me to call him, so that that all of this stays discussions stay unrecorded. I demand a full refund.and and I terminate doing business with teleteria.inc

I have explained to [redacted] that we DONT ISSUE THE CODES TO ACCESS THE CONTENT.The error message hes getting is BECAUSE THE CODE HE HAS IS INVALID.He needs to contact the billing company and get a new code.If he does that then the issue is resolved.

Review: I purchased two websites from Teleteria and from directly Jay S[redacted]. The agreed terms were turnkey businesses for $9000 paid over time. A turnkey business already has a proven, successful business model and merely requires investment capital and labor. The sites were far from turnkey so they are defrauding the consumer. Before I could even get them online I had to provide the first payment, fine, then there were hidden charge of billing setup and web hosting. There was no need for billing considering the customers would be paying you direct, in addition with the payment schedule you were not permitted to even get a statement of what you paid and what you owed. I requested a statement every month and received 1 during our 7 month deal. I could never get an answer as to what that billing was other than mind your *word redacted* business. Advertising states advertising assistance which consisted of some links which charge from $500 and up. These sites you can easily get online and the ones you purchase from him do not work for the most part. I told him I was going to buy some advertising from another company instantly, "You cannot spend any *word redacted* money on that on my sites, you *word redacted* you still owe me money." He advertises that you will be making money within 60-90 days but he failed to mention that 60-90 days keeps resetting as the time 90 days comes along. I never had one sale the entire 7 months in spite of doing exactly as he advertises. If questioned he would go on one of his swear ridden rants. 2. Payments were to be made over the course of the arrangement. My initial price was $9000.00 for my two sites. I paid $1000.00 down and was suppose to pay another $1000.00 shortly thereafter before you required another $1100.00 which was not any part of the turn-key business. I looked at your many websites advertising a turnkey business and nowhere does it mention anything about this $1100.00. So I was mislead from the startDesired Settlement: I want no contact from Jay S[redacted] as he has threatened me and I have to be afraid for my safety by him and his so called [redacted].I want a check delivered to me by [redacted] for the entire amount of $9200.00 I have also contacted the Attorney General of NY, Consumer Protection Bre. Fair Debt Collection Department, IRS, Federal Trade Commission, and numerous influential New York people to explain how a disabled veteran was treated by Mr. S[redacted].

Date: 11-**-15 Let me begin by saying we never received the original complaint or we would have replied faster. Upon learning this am that there was an unanswered complaint I checked my in and spam folder and found nothing from the Revdex.com. Was it sent regular mail and if so to what address? We agreed to build 2 sites for [redacted] for 9000.00. He did not have all the money so we agreed to a pay plan over 6 months. The deposit was given and the sites were built. This client and all clients receive receipt as a matter of course. ALL sites need a billing system to do credit card transactions and ALL clients are told about the 300.00 one time set up and the 100.00 monthly recurring. We DO NOT supply statements as we are NOT the billing company. He has accounts set up with [redacted] and Intertops.com for billing for both of his sites. After 2 months of payment he no longer made payments. I then got an email from his email address stating that Bill was in a car accident and he was in a coma and it was his brother who was emailing me. I inquired as the hospital he was in and no answer. I asked the brother if I could talk to him on the phone and no answer. I had no way of knowing if this was Bill or his brother. I waited an additional 2 months with no payment and then closed the account for non payment. To my knowledge this client spent zero time marketing his sites. He did spend time trying to play on the casino site then lost and then demanded the casino pay him a percentage which is against their rules so they canceled his billing account. We then had to go in and set it up all over again and were never paid for it. If the client wishes to pay the past due balance we are happy to put the sites bank up and help him to market it. I never threaten this customer in anyway and have no idea what a kung fu rant is. Further most of my communication with him has been through text as he rarely replies to email and never talks to me on the phone after our initial agreement. This clients account was closed due to on payment. We provided the sites he ordered and failed to pay for. There are no refunds and he still owes us thousands of dollars which we will never get. We never received anything in writing from this client. We never received nor did anyone in my employ sign for it.I have forwarded the emails regarding this case. This

client had agreed to pay over time and stopped making payments. If he

wishes to continue to do business all he has to do is make the final

payment to zero out his balance and we will work with him to market his

sites to profitability.I have a long term relationship with the

Revdex.com and always reply in a timely manner. For whatever reason the

original email never made it to my inbox. No one is perfect. Its the

first time in my memory that I failed to reply in a fast and timely

manner.I worked with this client again and again experiencing his stories about non payment including a 3 month story of him being in a coma from a car accident. The bottom line here is this client failed to pay

his bill. I was stalled and lied to repeatedly. If he pays his bill we

can work together. I am even willing to cut some of his outstanding balance down as a sign of good faith.

I am not going to be drawn into a he said he said debate with Jay. I clearly told you what happened, what was agreed on, and the dates and amounts I paid him. As soon as I made the final payment he shut my sites down and stole them back. I did in fact send him a registered letter with the laws he broke when dealing with me and no doubt many others that are afraid to speak up or afraid of his threats. I the receipt where it was signed for and the contents right here on my desk. He can say he did not receive it but someone at his address signed for it, if you would like to see it. I asked him just what it is he thinks I owe him and again no response. He would rather continue this back and forth. He may respond to you in a timely manner and so have I. To repeat his accusation of me lying to him when in fact I paid him in full months ago and he took my sites. Proof of that is I do not have the site files and either does anyone else I have talked to. [redacted] spells everything out about Jay and his company. Like I said I am not going to busy myself with this back and forth. Revdex.com do what you are supposed to do and what you claim to do and expose this nonsense.

Review: Teleteria Inc advertised that they design adult sites so I purchased one for $3000 after a $500 discount for being a veteran of the u.s. military. I later purchased a casino website in the amount of $4000 before the adult site was complete but the site looked like a scam. When I reported to teleteria that I didnt want any of the websites he told me I could not get my money back. The company only sold me templates of a website and I paid $5500 total. There is a fraud claim pending with my bank.Desired Settlement: The company should give me my money back, I still dont have any websites.

That is correct. He purchased 2 sites and they were built. After they were built he refused to take my phone calls and discuss issues.We have been building these sites for 20 years. There are samples of our work on our site that he saw BEFORE he did business with us.Our agreement clearly states No Refund. He got a 3000.00 discount off our normal price because of his military service and current financial situation.We provided everything he ordered.I tried to reach him on the phone 5 times and he refused to take my call.

Review: I was looking for someone to build a adult website for me and found teleteriaand . I talk to [redacted] and I put a depost down of $1250 and he made big promise off me making all this money off this website and after all was said and done I paid $4423 and have not gotten my password to my site or my domane right to the site.. Im a singal mother of 3 and I need help with this ..I put my savings into this in hopes of making a extra income for my family ..Desired Settlement: getting my money back
