Review: On 10/**/13, I researched online for a television repair company and found Television Repair Inc Service and called the number that was listed ###-###-#### the address listed online was [redacted]. However the person said they do house calls an would be able to come out and service the TV. I agreed and they came to my home later that evening the problem was diagnost and they gave me the cost for repair, at the moment I didnt have the funds to proceed with the down payment to order the part. They left after I paid the $30 for checking the TV. The tech gave me the receipt which had a different name and address on it, and his contact number ###-###-####. I beleive it was the first or second week in November 2013 is when I called ###-###-#### to request to order the screen for my TV, the same young man came to my home for the down payment of $150 leaving me with a balance of $250 to pay upon completion of repair. I have made several attempts since to get a status of this order. On 12/*/13 I called and he texted me back stating he will call me right back, he called and said I they should receive the part by the weekend. The weekend came and went so I texted back on 12/**/13 for the status again, no response. 12/** I texted him back again since no one answers the phone, again no respone. my text questioned the address and phone numbers. He texted back stating that he would call me with an update. To date I have not received a response. My Fiance wnet to the address twice to find that they were closed both times. 12/** I sent them a message stating that I was going to file a complant with small caliams court thinking they would respone and yet still nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like either my refund of $150 or for them to provide me with the service of repairing the TV.

I have made several attempts by calling and going to the address they originally provided. It appears the address may have never been operational. It always appears to be closed. What is my next step? I have provided the telephone numbers I used to previously contact them.
