Television Service and Repair Express

Review: went on tvrepairman.com Television Service and Repair Express, called the number and asked if I could have my tv repair because it was not working and they said they would send someone. Two hours later a guy came to my house to check what was happening with the TV as we has some small talk he said he was from Ghana. He took out some equipment and said he had to take the TV back to the shop to fix it. He then gave me a receipt and said would give it back the next day I also gave him 60$ deposit. Next day comes, and he does not pick up I called from a different phone number and someone picks up as soon as I asked for my tv they hang up. I call again a day later and ask them for my tv and the tell me to "[redacted]" so is a scam which no one should go thru.Desired Settlement: Get my TV back with the 60 dollars

Review: WAS TOLD BY TECH. ON SATURDAY MAR. **, 2015 THAT MY TV REPAIRS WOULD BE DONE AND PARTS RETURNED BY MONDAY MAR. **, 2015 AFTERNOON. ON MONDAY I CALLED SO CALLED SHOP/OFFICE OF REPAIR SHOP. WAS INFORMED BY [redacted] THAT THEY WOULD COME BY 6PM THAT EVENING. AT 7PM I TRIED CALLING THE PHONE NUMBERS I HAD AND THERE WAS NO ANSWER.NO ONE CAME OR CALLED THAT EVENING. THE NEXT DAY, TUES. MAR. **, 2015 THE [redacted] CALLED STATING THAT THE PART HAD COME IN AND THAT HE HAD INFORMED THE TECH TO RETURN TO SHOP . I INFORMED HIM THAT NO ONE HAD CALLED OR CAME BY THE DAY BEFORE OR HAD THEY INFORMED ME OF DELAY IN GETTING PART AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE COMING AND THAT IT WAS VERY INCONSIDERATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THEIR PART. I ALSO STATED THAT THEY SHOULD COMPENSATE ME FOR THE INCONVENIENCE HE SAID SORRY IN A NON-CHALANT TONE AND SAID WHY SHOULD HE , AND THEN STATED HE WAS GOING TO RETURN MY DEPOSIT LATER THIS AFTERNOON BETWEEN 1-3 PM, BECAUSE I WAS BEING TOO MUCH OF A PROBLEM CLIENT. ONCE AGAIN NO ONE CAME AND AGAIN NO ANSWER ON PHONES . Review: Repair man from said business came to my home to fix my tv, he said it would cost me $285 to repair power supply. Repair man took my entire mother board out of my tv, I gave him $100 deposit on 8/**/14. I gave him another $100 on 9/**/14, from this date to the present I have not gotten my tv repaired or my tv part and/or my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my $200 back and sue the company because I had to junk the tv because it was no longer usable or fixable with out the mother board and I was unable to purchase another motherboard.
