We received a call from Mr *** on November 23rd about this charge at which time we ad explained that it was for and how it was incurredWe then also provided Mr*** with a full refund as he claimed he did not make the chargeWe sometimes do an investigation and in this case
we found the charge was incurred from the same phone number that Mr *** reached out to us from and that the recording of the person who made the charge sounds a lot like Mr***. If Mr*** has any further questions about this matter he can call us at any time and we would be happy to explain
