There was a misunderstanding between the customer, and I. The customer was under the impression I was charging them for storage fees. The case has been resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Bad experience. This guy took my computer for a simple hardware issue; pretended to repair it. He would not return my computer to me. I had to bring along my boyfriend (a big guy) to his home to demand it back. He gave it back. I had to sue for my security deposit back. I also reported him to the police who contacted him for my security deposit as well.
What a nightmare.

Review: I dropped off 2 items for troubleshooting services on 2 electronic items, when the [redacted] stated he could not fix them, he offered to sell them on [redacted] - I denied it. I subsequently sent someone to go retrieve the items and the [redacted] stated that unless I paid a "storage fee" of over $250. He then said that I no longer owned the items and that he sold them. This is illegal and he then had his wife contact me to offer to settle if I paid $150. This is unacceptable and unprofessional and this guy is refusing to return my possessions. I believe he is doing this to multiple people. I want my items back, he cannot fix them and is refusing to return them unless I pay for storage. There was no discussion of storage only that it would be 15/item if he could not fix and that was for the troubleshooting service. This guy should be shut down.Desired Settlement: I want my electronic items back.
