Teller County Waste

Impossible to get a straight answer Will miss pidates by several days and then blame the customer Tried to just cancel service but they have postponed refund for three weeks Nobody should have to put the garbage out three days in a row!!

This trash service is mediocre at best. Examples, leaving trash behind, turning around in the customer's driveway even after being asked not to due to damage done to driveway. There is an easy turn around a half block down the street. Today I called them because they never picked up the garbage yesterday due to 4 inhes of snow. They never called either. Their solution was that I should haul the full trash can back up a hill to my garage and wait until next week and put it out again. Not acceptable to me. They didn't even apologize for missing the pick up. I will be finding a different trash service as soon as possible.
