I pre-purchased a Tellspec unit back in 2015 with expected delivery date of early 2017. The unit never arrived with no news of when it would be ready. After contacting the company several times, I finally received a response that it would be ready in early 2018. This has not happened and once again it took a while for the company to finally respond to me. I have asked for a full refund and they agreed in June 2018. They stated it would take a few weeks. It is now end of August and no refund. I don't believe this company ever intended to send out these units and have been funding their business through these pre-sales. I would like to get my money back.
I would like them to refund me for the unit that they never delivered. The amount is us$399.00

The business has told me this before and a refund has never been given. Until I receive this refund, I would like to keep the complaint open.
