In reference to phone call message left on 9/14/by Debbie stating she had talked with Ron S*** and when they had a crew in our area they would stop and access the driveway have not seen them as of 9/15/15.I (*** ***) called the New Castle office on 9/10/to try and talk with owner of this company, could hear the secretary talking with him and he told her to tell me to call Ron S***.She came back on the phone and relayed the information and I responded by telling her I want to talk with the owner that I had dealt with Ron S*** for a year and got no satisfaction from him, she relayed this message which I could hear and he responded to tell me he would get back to me. As of 9/15/not heard from him.Debbie came on around 9/1/to measure the drive and at this time she took pictures of some of the pitted areas and said she was going to call Ron S*** about them, and then she stated when her crew came they would tamp down the areas that were pitted and they would put down a heavy sealant with a sand mixture in it to help it from doing it again. Then she called on 9/2/and said they would be here on Friday 9/4/to put the sealant down I said that it was suppose to rain and she said not until late afternoonThey never showed up on that day and I received no phone call from anyone stating it would not be done that day. A truck showed up on 9/07/and two young guys laid a thin coat of sealant down and left. My neighbor (Mike R***) said these guys told him they had been farmed to do our driveway. Ron S*** had quit answering my phone calls at the beginning of the summer and my neighbor (Mike and Amy R***) started calling and Ron S*** at some point told Mike that he would take care of the drive and there would be no charge to us. He showed up around the 27th of August and looked at the drive and wrote up a estimate for for my self and I think it was for the R*** couple he asked me to sign it and I said no I would talk with Mike, and also repeated what Mike had told me (that he would take care of it at no charge) and that was the last time he showed up at this addressBut he told me it was not up to him to do the driveway at no charge and he would have to talk with the owner
