Since my employ with Telstar Communications it has been the mission to ensure timely resolution with regards to customer service complaints, add, moves, and changes to the services we offer as a business.  When...

customers identify issues needing to be addressed by the service department we strive to resolve those issues as quickly as possible ensuring our customers can continue with normal daily routines.
 
I have looked into the customer’s notes and it has come to my attention I personally have been taking care of this customer.  My conversations started with [redacted] on March 28, 2014, as she has been the only Point of Contact for [redacted] regarding any issues needing to be resolved including the corporate office.  Below you will find some examples of our conversations demonstrating our ability to resolve issues brought to our attention:

Here is the requested email confirming changes made on Friday, March 28, 2014.
 
Changed the Caller ID from extension numbers and private to the main number [redacted]
tested for call clarity and "Jitter" but [redacted] confirmed all was clear.  the next stage is to talk to the IT manager onsite so we can review the current configuration and change the VoIP router over to our Microtik.

 In closing, I have looked through my notes and comments for this customer I have found no issues pending nor remaining for [redacted] (nor have I ever had any issues for her).  I would encourage Ms. [redacted] and any employees to contact [redacted] (the Point of contact established for Telstar Communications) so we can address any future concerns timely.

To the best of my knowledge and via email confirmation from [redacted] (listed P.O.C) all issues have been resolved except the directory listing recording (pending since April 23, 2014) due to Telstar waiting on their verbiage regarding what to say (this is done as a courtesy and not a paid solution).
